Did you now that people are making thousands of dollar every weekend selling Overstock & Customer Return in the flea market and that you could make anywhere from $500 to $2,000 or more every day you go to sell Overstock & Customer Return in the flea market. You need to set some goals but most of all you need to put your self in action.
A simple objective (goal) that is easy to reach is set your mind to make your first $1,000 selling Overstock & Customer Return in the flea market and after reaching this goal to leave somebody selling in the space and renting another space and duplicate this as much as you want and as many flea markets this can be reachable if you have a game plan(sets of goals) and put you mind into it lets begin with some action!
First go to google search and do a search for flea market in the area where you live.take a day to visit the flea market you are going as an observer see where the most traffic is,what you see selling the most, how the merchandise is been display, the selling price.
Go to http://www.bargaineport.com/ and buy your first pallets I recommend to start with two to tree Pallets.
while you're waiting for the Overstock & Customer Return pallets to arrive visit again the flea market and make friend with sellers see if any seller have the same Overstock & Customer Return merchandise that you're going to sell approach them as a buyer check the price that they selling it and how they selling the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise.
Before going to the flea market you need some tables( if the flea market don't rent them) Table linens (this make the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise more valuable)You also need some price stickers (You can use the UPC sticker that came with the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise)You going to write In the sticker what you paid, the retail price if is on sale write the on sale price instead of the retail price and you asking price 40% of retail (you can experiment with the % it could be more or less).
The customers in the flea market are the ones that determine the price you main goal is to move the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise fast as long as you are making a profit don't fall in love with the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise or the price.negotiate and sell sell sell you want to get ride of the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise and go home empty(no Overstock & Customer Return merchandise) but with money in your pocket.
Remember that you also need to make a profit in each item so don't sell the overstock and customer return way to low yes negotiate but until certain limit.
Price your items $5 to $10 more then the percentage that you want to sell the overstock and customer return. Most of the buyers will make a counteroffer (if you tell them $40 they say $30) this give you more room for negotiation.
This is a actual Overstock & Customer Return manifest from a housewares pallet click here (pdf) or click here (excel)
let say you want to use the $5 above your asking price
Let use our first item of the manifest the Cupcake tree retail for $29.99 our cost $5.40 40% of 29.99=$12.00+$5=$17
You will write in the sticker 1130225.403317/12 you know that any number after 11 is the retail or on sale price after 22 is what you paid after 33 is you negotiable asking price and after the dash is what you want to sell the item for(Let say that someone offer $10 you going to let it go? no!)this way you have handy the retail price and what you paid for each items for negotiation purpose until you have learned by just looking at the merchandise.
You will get customers that will pay the $17 other will make a counteroffer they may offer you $10 you can tell them something like this okay neither you or me give me $12 (The price that you want to sell the merchandise for)this work most of the time
Once you received the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise you going to sell in the flea market and the merchandise is ready for you to sell if is possible rent your spot before the day of the flea market try to rent a space were you saw the most traffic, place the table, table linens and the Overstock & Customer Return merchandise as neat as possibles this is an experimental stage.
